Three Shaker High School students were nabbed by Albany police early Friday after they allegedly attempted to shoot out a Central Avenue traffic siganl with pellet guns, authorities said.
Police identified the trio as David B. Brooks, 17, of 66 Forts Ferry Road, Latham; Richard J. Wagner, 19, of 34A Swayze Drive, Latham; and Darby C. Wilson, 17, also of 34A Swayze Drive.
They each were charged with criminal mischief and two counts of illegal weapons possession. They were also charged with trespass and possession of burglar tools when they were apprehended in the rear of the Cole Muffler shop while possessing an autobody dent …
